Our Owners enjoy access to a range of on-site services including daily housekeeping, onsite Duty Managers 24 hours a day and optional dining in our elegant communal restaurant. The facilities are equally impressive: maintained gardens, an Owners’ lounge, hobbies room, cinema room, guest suite for visitors, on-site parking. Everything is here to ensure comfort, convenience, and connection, all within a setting that feels like home.

Our History

From the very beginning, Burcot Court stood apart — not just for its architectural charm and thoughtful design, but for its Owner-led ethos.
Over the years, the Court has evolved into more than just a place to live. It has become a home defined by trust, connection, and mutual respect. With a Board made up of Owners and a long-serving, dedicated team, Burcot Court has preserved its founding values while continuously improving the quality of life it offers.
Our Board & Staff
At Burcot Court, our unique structure places Owners at the heart of decision-making. The community is overseen by an Owner-led Board, made up of Owners who actively guide the direction of the Court. This ensures that our shared home is managed with transparency, care, and a deep understanding of what matters most to those who live here.
Our dedicated on-site staff bring that vision to life every day. Led by our Court Manager, the team includes experienced Duty Managers, attentive Housekeeping Assistants, Cooks, Gardener and Handyman. Many of our staff have served the community for years, building trusted relationships with Owners and ensuring that daily life at Burcot Court runs smoothly, safely, and with genuine warmth.
Together, the Board and staff form a partnership that balances independence with support — the foundation of life at Burcot Court.
