As we step into June, Burcot Court is looking forward to a month of reflection, flavour, and shared fun. From marking important historical anniversaries to enjoying themed evenings and friendly competition, June promises something special for everyone.

We’ll begin the month with a thoughtful Debate Night on Monday 2nd June — wine included, of course — followed by our popular Burcot Breakfast on Tuesday 3rd. On Sunday 8th, we’ll roll out the red carpet for a Musical Night screening of Gypsy (featuring Imelda Staunton), with wine, ice cream, and all the treats you’d expect from a Burcot cinema evening.

Foodies can look forward to a delicious Tapas Night on Saturday 14th, and those with a sweet tooth won’t want to miss Coffee & Cake on Wednesday 18th. We’ll round off the month with a classic Quiz Night with Dan on Monday 23rd — expect laughs, wine, and a few brain teasers to keep us on our toes.

Evening meals throughout the month bring a global menu to our on-site restaurant, including Greek favourites like Lamb Kleftiko and Portokalopita, alongside comforting dishes such as Chicken in Creamy Mushroom Sauce, Salmon & Leek Tart, and decadent desserts like Chocolate & Hazelnut Cake and Blueberry Cheesecake Crumble.

Alongside all of this, weekly favourites return — Scrabble nights, Burcot Games Nights, Move It or Lose It fitness sessions, and our much-loved free cinema screenings. And of course, we’ll be commemorating the 80th anniversary of VE Day with a special event to honour the experiences and memories of our Owners — a time to reflect, remember, and come together.
